Me, mum and Amy at Amy’s friend, Emma’s party. I was actually ridiculously happy here because Emma (the birthday girl in the purple) has only just come out of hospital. All Amy’s friends (and me) have known each other all our lives. Emma was in intensive care after being taken in while on holiday last year, she was on a ventilator to breathe for her in intensive care for over 10 months and if I’m honest, I’d prepared myself for the worst. I was absolutely terrified we were going to lose Emma but now she’s better I don’t think anyone can understand how happy I am :) It just makes me appreciated a million times more how I shouldn’t take a second with my sister for granted. HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY!
